ChurchGate

This door is always open

If you have felt far from the Church, unsure where you belong, or simply quiet at the edge of the room, you are welcome here. We are one family in Christ across nations and traditions.

"Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with me."

Why We Gather

Some of our brothers and sisters stand at the edge of the gathering, unsure whether anyone will make room for them. We want to notice them, listen, and walk alongside them in love.

"The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing." (Psalm 23:1)

ChurchGate is our way of serving the Lord and caring for our brothers and sisters. We offer this gathering place freely, without seeking material profit, and hope it helps people find fellowship, including in their own local churches.

No Pressure

You can look around and take your time. You do not owe anyone your story or a public post.

Let’s Listen

A kind word begins with attention. We want people who feel overlooked to know they matter.

Your Church Matters

We welcome Christians across traditions. This online place is not a replacement for a local congregation.

One in Christ

Our family lives in many places and speaks in many ways. No one tradition owns the welcome.

We do not ask for payment to belong here. We offer what we can, freely and with love.

"Freely you have received; freely give." (Matthew 10:8)

A Place to Come Together

We are building a place to greet one another as family in Christ. It is freely offered, and it cannot replace the people who know you where you live.

A Place to Begin

You can visit the public community and read before deciding whether to take part. There is no need to arrive with a story ready to tell.

Words That Help

A verse, a memory, or a kind reply can help someone feel seen. Share when you wish; listening is part of fellowship too.

Your Church Still Matters

We gather across traditions without asking you to leave your own. Our hope is that this space helps people take a step toward fellowship in person, too.

A Small Kindness Matters

Not everyone is ready to speak. Sometimes being noticed, listened to, or remembered is the first step toward feeling at home.

"Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." (Galatians 6:2)

We cannot know what someone is carrying when they arrive. We can make room for them, without asking them to prove that they belong.

Share When Ready

If a verse or a reflection has helped you, you may share it. You can also simply read and listen.

"Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God." (Matthew 4:4)

Make Room for Others

A greeting and a patient reply can make a gathering less frightening for someone new.

"For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." (Matthew 18:20)

Serve With Care

We hope to prepare and support volunteers who can welcome others well. Caring for someone must come with trust and responsibility.

"Love your neighbor as yourself." (Matthew 22:39)

Different homes, one family

Orthodox, Catholic, Protestant, Pentecostal, Evangelical, or belonging to no denomination at all. We differ on many things.

And we hold this together:

"Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6)

That is enough to sit at one table, to share what has helped us, and to help one another.
Our differences stay. We only ask that they not become walls.

There Is Room for You

Whether you feel ready to speak or would rather sit quietly for a while, you are welcome to look around. We hope this can be one step toward fellowship, not another place where you have to prove yourself.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Matthew 11:28
